Highlight 1: Use thread positioning technology to make the valve installation more accurate

Whether the water collector is 4 or 6, or even 8, the Dunyun valve on each road will naturally form a parallel arrangement, without crooked whether bare hand rotation or with the help of tools after tightening. It may not be magical to achieve this, but not all water companies can do it.

Why Dunyun can do this? This is because in the process of processing water collector, Dunyun uses the thread positioning technology, and this technique accurately controls the direction of the rotation of the thread tooth, so that the thread of each valve and the thread of the main pipe in the manual rotation angle error within 5 degrees. It is said that with the help of this technology, the torque of the split water collector is controlled at 30 nm to 40 nm. If the valve on the water collector is broken, the user does not need to invite professional technicians to repair, for they can easily replace the valve with a 30 ~40 nm force, which can ensure that the replaced valve is accurately installed.

Highlight 2: Adhere to the integrated forging process, so that the connection between the supervisor and the branch pipe is more tight

Influenced by the production equipment and process, many branch water collectors on the market in China are processed with profiles. This water collector is not only simple in design, but also has a high risk of leakage. However, The water collector of Dunyun uses advanced equipment, which not only makes the appearance more personalized, but also upgrades the process for the three common leakage points of the water collector in the application practice:

One is the control of the easy leakage point at the connection between the valve body and pipe: Dunyun adopts precision control technology, using two EPDM sealing rings so as to prevent the hidden leakage at the connection between the valve body and pipe.

The second one is to handle the easy leakage point at the connection of O-ring of the valve stem and the side wall: Dunyun adopts the side hole rolling process to ensure the brightness of the side hole surface within Ra0.8.

The third one is the control of the easy leakage point at the connection of the valve body and the main stem: a single anaerobic seal is easy to cause loosening and leakage during installation, O-ring and anaerobic seal assembly is complex, and the rubber is easy to aging, so leakage will occur after a few years of loosening. Dunyun uses double seal (anaerobic glue and PTFE seal ring for double seal) treatment, that is, double seal including the valve and the main pipe’s PTFE seal ring and anaerobic glue to ensure good sealing of the product. With this technology, the Dunyun water collector can ensure that the valve against loose torque is more than 70 nm, while the actual installation torque is about 40 nm. If it is loose during installation, just correct the valve twice to make sure that there is no leakage.

Highlight 3: Choose "eccentric", abandon "symmetry", making it more labor-saving to pull the handle

The handle on the water collector is a frequently used device of the plumbing technician or user in the process of running the water collector. But the force is different when pulling up different valves. In order to make the relevant personnel be more labor-saving in the process of pulling the handle, Dunyun has improved the water collector based on most of the "symmetrical" design of the butterfly handle in current market——using "eccentric" design. So the torque of the hand to the valve is greatly reduced, and the handle can be easily pulled during the opening and closing of the valve.

Highlight 4: Adhere to the use of forging and pressing red flushing technology, and adhere to two annealing treatment

In recent years, the product quality of the water separator produced through the forging process has been greatly improved compared with the quality of the water collector which has been traditional processed. With the continuous maturity and improvement of the extruder equipment, the common quality problems in the red flush have also been solved. However, due to the different processing technology of each enterprise, it will still lead to a series of problems. The process of forging and pressing water collector used by Dunyun firstly heats the copper rod to 700 ~750 degrees, then the surface of the pipe billet is peened after air cooling, and then uses a special machine to hit pores (leave 1 mm finishing allowance on one side). The first annealing process follows (after 390℃ constant temperature for two hours, with the furnace cooling after air cooling treatment for three hours). Next, after the finishing processing procedures of the special machine, the next annealing treatment goes on (after 390℃ constant temperature for two hours, with the furnace cooling after air cooling treatment for three hours). Some people will ask why do you do two annealing treatments during production? Technicians of Dunyun said that this is because the first process of the pore operation will produce a very high temperature, if not annealing in time, some quality problems will appear in the following processing. Although the probability of quality problem is very low, Dunyun has added an annealing program to ensure that the product quality is safe for the sake of quality strategy.

Highlight 5: Adhere to the "59-1" copper

Domestic water collector manufacturers mainly use "58-3" copper to make water collectors at present, while Dunyun insists on using "59-1" copper. Although some of our OEM partners have demanded 58-3 copper (at a lower cost), Dunyun always uses the 59-1 copper for higher quality. Dunyun makes this choice, which obviously increases the cost, but can ensure the high quality of theDunyun water collector from the source.
