Exhaust valve is used in independent heating system, central heating system, heating boiler, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating system and other pipe exhaust. The water usually contains a certain amount of air, and the solubility of the air decreases with the increase of temperature so that the gas gradually separates from the water in the process of circulation, and it gradually gather together to form large bubbles and even gas columns. The gas is often produced because of the water supplementation. Operational Principle:

When the system is filled with water, the gas in the water accumulates at higher place because of the temperature and pressure. When the gas pressure is higher than the system pressure, the buoy will fall and drive the valve stem down, and then the valve opens, so the gas is constantly discharged. When the gas pressure is below the system pressure, the buoy will rise and drive the valve stem upward, and then the valve is closed,. The automatic exhaust valve is constantly circulating.

Notes for installation:

1、The automatic exhaust valve must be installed vertically, that is the inner buoy must be kept in a vertical condition, so as not to affect gas exhausting.

2、Automatic exhaust valve should be installed with the partition valve, so as to ensure that the system is closed and the water will not outflow when the exhaust valve should be removed for maintenance.

3、Automatic exhaust valve is generally installed in the pipe part where the system is easy to collect gas, such as the highest point of the system, for the highest point of the pipeline is conducive to exhaust smoothly.
